YX-YN-300A Baby Diaper Machine

Function & Assemble Parts:

1. It can make products with four different specifications (XL, L, M, S) after changing cutting tools and a few parts.
2. Hammer type crusher can crush both treated and untreated rolled Pulp.
3. Fluffy pulp is spread with a large diameter net wheel and wrapped and formed with liner of high wet strength paper. The volume of spraying of SAP can be adjustable.
4. The outside material of solid shield is formed in the machine, Product with elastic waistline can be produced.
5. The main drive is achieved by connecting a No.45 hardened and tempered steel shaft, a universal joint clutch and a right angle gear box.
6. The components are driven by synchronous belt and gears.
7. The main pressing and cutting roller are driven by a universal joint clutch and it is easy to operate with the service life of cutting tools ensured.
